03/22/24, 0849 HOURS, 62 Street W AOA
Neighboring jurisdiction was pursuing a vehicle into Mendota Heights. The pursued vehicle struck a vehicle at the
intersection of Hwy 62 and Lexington Ave. State Crash report and pursuit form completed.
03/22/24, 1130 HOURS, 7XX EVERGREEN KNOLLS THEFT
Responded to the 700 block of Evergreen Knolls on a reported theft of mail. No suspects/evidence. Crime/Loss
prevention discussed.
03/24/24, 0236 HOURS, DELAWARE AVE WARRANT
Officer was on routine patrol of Dodd Road and Cheri Lane. Officer observed the vehicle tabs expired and initiated
a traffic stop at Delaware Avenue and Highway 62. A passenger of the vehicle was arrested and booked in the
Dakota County Jail. Case status: Inactive.
03/25/24, 1520 HOURS, HWY 62 ACCIDENT
Officer received a report of an accident on Highway 62 and I-35E. Officer completed a crash report.
03/26/24, 0137 HOURS, 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY WARRANT
Officer was on a targeted patrol near the 800 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. A vehicle entered a construction
site on the rear side of the building. Officers made contact with the driver and arrested him for a felony warrant.
The driver was transported to the Dakota County jail and was booked on the warrant. Vehicle was towed to Mark's
Towing. Case Status: Adult arrest.
03/26/24, 0804 HOURS, 24XX VISITATION DRIVE ACCIDENT
Responded to a one vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Visitation Dr. The vehicle slid on the snow covered road,
and struck a street sign. Driver / owner provided with this case number. No state accident report. Case Status:
Inactive
03/26/24, 1500 HOURS, 24XX HWY 55 THEFT
Owner of a business in the 2400 block of Hwy 55 had a trailer stolen from the property. There were two
snowmobiles inside this trailer. There is no suspect information, there were no cameras. All three have been
entered into the stolen file. Case Status: Inactive

03/27/24, 2203 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE DOMESTIC
Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Lexington Ave for a report of Domestic assault. Dispatch advised that
a male party had kicked in a door and made threats to the reporting party. Officers arrived on scene and spoke
with the reporting party. Officers located the suspect at another location and placed them under arrest. Suspect
was transported to Dakota County Jail.
03/28/24, 0002 HOURS, 25XX PILOT KNOB ROAD DWI
Officer was on routine patrol and observed a vehicle parked in a closed business parking lot on the 2500 block of
Pilot Knob Road. Officer stopped out with the vehicle and observed an adult male slumped over in the driver's seat
and an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage. Officers had the male perform SFSTs and the male was later arrested
and transported to jail.
03/28/24, 0600 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE CRISIS
Responded to the 2300 block on a report of a person in crisis in need of help. Person transported to the hospital by
ambulance. Report filed.
03/28/24, 1638 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE DANCO VIOLATION
Officers dispatched to a domestic report on the 1300 block of Northland Dr. Officers found a served order for
protection between the male and female halves where the female was the respondent. There was an argument
that ensued and turned physical. Adult female was arrested for OFP violation and transported to Dakota County
Jail. Report made.
03/28/24, 2102 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE DISTURBING PEACE
Officers were in the 1300 block of Northland Drive dealing with a separate issue when a disturbance between
began between other individuals. Report is informational only.
