01/19/24, 1800 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY H&R PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officers dispatched to a damage to property at the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. An unknown male party
ran his vehicle into the outdoor freezer and damaged it. Pending video footage of the incident. Report made.
01/19/24, 2157 HOURS, DELAWARE/MARIE H&R PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officer took a phone report of a water boƩle being thrown from one vehicle at another vehicle on Delaware Ave
between Marie Ave and Butler Ave W. The reporƟng party's vehicle sustained damage to the driver side mirror.
01/20/24, 1430 HOURS, 7XX LINDEN ST BURGLARY
Officer received a report of a past acƟon burglary on the 700 block of Linden Street where an electronic bicycle
was taken from a garage. There are no suspects at this Ɵme
01/20/24, 2340 HOURS, 35E/SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY TS/DWI
Officer observed a vehicle to be speeding on the 700 block of Highway 13. Officer followed the vehicle and ob-
served it to fail to maintain its lane on I-35E south between Highway 13 and Highway 62. Officer stopped the vehi-
cle and observed the driver to have signs of impairment. SFSTs were conducted and the driver was arrested and
transported to jail.
01/21/24, 1300 HOURS, 24XX ENTERPRISE DR THEFT
Officer took a theŌ report from the 2400 block of Enterprise Drive. Over the weekend, a CAT skid steer was stolen
from the locaƟon. No suspects known. InvesƟgaƟon is pending surveillance footage and suspect informaƟon.
01/23/24, 1102 HOURS, DODD RD/MENDOTA HTS RD DRIVING CONDUCT
Motorist observed driving conduct similar to an intoxicated driver. The incident started near Dodd Rd and Mendo-
ta Heights Rd, came to an end on Pilot Knob Rd near Mendota Heights Rd. Officer stopped the vehicle, driver was
determined to be having some type of medical emergency. The driver was transported to the VA, vehicle was
impounded. Driver evaluaƟon was completed.
01/25/24, 1102 HOURS, 15XX HWY 55 DANCO VIOLATION
InvesƟgators discovered the violaƟon of a DANCO from Dakota County Jail related to a previously reported
domesƟc incident that occurred in Mendota Heights. Charges were forwarded to the County AƩorney.
