12/15/23, 1445 HOURS, 8XX BARBARA CT FRAUD
Officer took a check fraud report from 900 block of Highview Cir. Officer learned two fake checks were created
from her bank account and suspects successfully withdrew thousands of dollars. Under investigation.
12/15/23, 2343 HOURS, 35E/HWY 13 DWI
Officer stopped a vehicle driving on the interstate below the minimum posted speed limit. The driver was found to
be under the influence of an intoxicating substance. The driver was arrested and a search warrant for blood was
completed. The suspect was released after blood was taken. The case is active pending the search warrant results.
12/17/23, 0258 HOURS, HWY 13/LILYDALE RD TRAFFIC STOP
Officer was on a targeted patrol at Highway 13 and Wachtler Avenue. Officer observed a wrong way driver and
stopped the vehicle at Highway 13 and Lilydale Road. Driver was run the roadside field sobriety tests. All came
back clear. The juvenile male was transported to home to mother.
12/17/23, 2010 HOURS, MARKET ST/OAK ST DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officers responded to the 700 block of Main Street for a report of a vehicle having a window smashed out by an
object thrown from a passing vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. A rock was
found on the driver floorboard. No suspects.
12/17/23, 2140 HOURS, 35E/HWY 62 DANCO VIOLATION
Officer was on routine patrol at Dodd Road and South Plaza Drive. Officer saw a vehicle with expired tabs and
stopped the vehicle at Interstate 35E and Highway 62. Officer determined the passenger was the suspect on a
served DANCO. The passenger was arrested and transported to the Dakota County Jail and held for the GM
violation with one prior within 10 years.
12/18/23, 0122 HOURS, 1XXX DWANE ST, SSP AOA
Officers assisted South St Paul Police on a domestic on the 1000 block of Dwane St in South St Paul. Officers spoke
with involved parties and gathered information. Information sent to SSPPD.

12/18/23, 0412 HOURS, 35E/494 DWI
Officer was at Interstate 35E and Wagon Wheel Tr conducting speed enforcement. A vehicle passed the officer at a
high rate of speed and was stopped at Interstate 35E southbound at Interstate 494. Driver showed signs of
impairment and was put through roadside SFST's. Driver was arrested and booked into Dakota County Jail for 2nd
Degree DWI.
12/18/23, 1055 HOURS, 7XX STANWICH LN THEFT
Officer requested to call a man living on the 700 block of Stanwich Lane reference some jewelry that had been
stolen from his home. Information was collected and a report was completed. Suspect information was obtained
and pursued. The jewelry was not located. The case is inactive at this time.
12/18/23, 1518 HOURS, 11XX ORCHARD CI OFP VIOLATION/STALKING
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of Orchard Circle for a report of an Order for Protection Violation. Officer
spoke with the reporting party and gathered information. Officer determined a violation and stalking occurred. A
KOPS alert was sent out on the suspect. Case forwarded to County Attorney for formal charging.
12/18/23, 1627 HOURS, 6XX LINDEN ST FOUND PROPERTY
Officer responded to the 600 block of Linden Street for a person who had other people's mail given to them. The
mail appeared to be from numerous other addresses in different cities and some of it was opened. Officer handed
mail off to appropriate jurisdictions.
12/18/23, 1815 HOURS, 7XX LINDEN ST BURGLARY
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of Linden St for a report of a burglary. Officer spoke with the reporting
parties who stated an unknown person stole christmas decorations, a gift and a garage door opener. Under
investigation.
12/19/23, 1615 HOURS, 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer responded to the 800 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for a report of a theft from vehicle. Officer
gathered information and learned the vehicle owner arrived at work, left his vehicle unlocked and the keys in the
ignition. No suspects.

12/19/23, 1609 HOURS, 11XX ORCHARD CI OFP VIOLATION
Officer took a report of an OFP violation from the 1100 block of Orchard Circle. The protected party was contacted
via email. A citation for the violation was sent to the last known address.
12/19/23, 1800 HOURS, 13XX ACACIA BLVD THREATS
Officers received a report of a threat of violence at the 1300 block of Acacia Boulevard. Officers contacted the
reporting parties and took statements. Victim has not been identified. Suspect has been identified. Under
investigation.
12/21/23, 2032 HOURS, 6XX WENTWORTH AVE THEFT
Officers took a past action theft report of a package that was stolen from the apartment building. There is no video
if the incident. No suspects.
