NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mendota Heights will hold a special meeting on Tuesday,
October 3, 2023 at 6:15pm at Mendota Heights City Hall to consider an offer for the purchase of
city-owned property located at Lakeview Avenue and Lemay Lake Rd., PID 27-28400-05-090. This
meeting may be closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd.3(c)(3).
