09 29 23 WEEKLY CRIME REPORT 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 Mendota Heights Police Department Weekly Crime Report 9/21/23, 0721 HOURS, HUNTER LANE STOP ARM VIOLATION Responded to a report of a school bus stop arm violation that happened in the area of Hunter Lane and Culligan Lane involving a juvenile driver. 9/22/23, 1816 HOURS, 19XX TWIN CIRCLE DRIVE CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Twin Circle Drive on the report of a disturbance. After investigating, Officers determined it was a person in crisis. They were transported to the hospital. 9/24/23, 1142 HOURS, 19XX TWIN CIRCLE DRIVE CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH Passerby reported a lady in the 1900 block of Twin Circle Dr outside only wearing underwear. In addition, the subject was yelling at cars, and people in the neighborhood. On scene it was determined that the adult female needed to be medically evaluated. M Health responded, transported the subject to a local hospital. Case Status: Inactive 9/24/23, 1456 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE ASSAULT Officers were dispatched to a fight inprogress on the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue. The suspect left the scene prior to officers arriving. Officers spoke with the victim and witnesses. Case active. 9/24/23, 1555 HOURS, 3XX E STREET MAARC Officer received information from the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center reference a woman living near the 300 block of E street in Mendota. After gathering all available information, it was determined that no criminal activity has taken place. The case was closed with an informational report. 9/24/23, 2201 HOURS, 20XX VICTORIA ROAD ASSAULT Officers received a report of an assault on the 2300 block of Victoria Road. Upon Officers arrival, they observed a juvenile female attempting to get into staff members office to further assault staff. Officer was able to get female away from the door and outside. Officers learned the juvenile female assaulted an adult female staff member. Both were transported to the hospital for evaluation and a report will be forwarded to the county attorney's office for possible charging. 9/25/23, 0134 HOURS, 7XX PONDHAVEN LN DRUNKENESS Officers dispatched to a 911 hangup on the 700 block of Pondhaven Ln. Officers made contact with an adult male who was intoxicated and not dressed for the weather. Officers were able to find housing for the adult male. Report was referred to adult social services. September 22nd—September 28th, 2023 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 Mendota Heights Police Department Weekly Crime Report 9/25/23, 0743 HOURS, LAKE DRIVE ACCIDENT Officer called to the area near Mendota Heights Road and Lake Street for a reported vehicle accident. There were no injuries. Information was collected from both licensed and insured drivers. A report was completed. Cleared with a report. 9/26/23, 0830 HOURS, 16XX MAYFIELD HEIGHTS RD FORGERY Officer took a report of a check stolen from a mailbox. Evidence was collected and this incident is under investigation. 9/26/23, 1432 HOURS, 25XX PILOT KNOB ROAD THEFT Officer called to the 2500 block of Pilot Knob Road to take the report of a missing or stolen firearm from a business that had shipped it. I collected the available information and cleared the incident with a report. 9/26/23, 2310 HOURS, 35E WARRANT ARREST Officers conducted traffic stop for speeding and for a misdemeanor warrant at 35E/Hwy 13. Officers made contact with the driver and positively identified her as the person with the warrant. Officer placed the female into custody and transported her to jail on her warrant . 9/27/23, 0900 HOURS, 10XX DAKOTA DRIVE THEFT Responded to the 1000 block of Dakota Dr on a report of a theft. The suspect was located and arrested on a warrant. Citation was issued for theft. Stolen items returned to owner. 9/28/23, 0954 HOURS, 19XX TWIN CIRCLE DRIVE CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH Responded to the 1900 block of Twin Circle on a report of a person in crisis. The person was placed on an emergency transport hold. 9/28/23, 2231 HOURS, 35E DRUGS Officers conducted traffic stop on vehicle on 35E/Wagon Wheel Trl. Registered owner of the vehicle had a warrant. Officers stopped driver and driver admitted to possessing drugs. Officers located drugs and arrested male. Male was transported to jail. September 22nd—September 28th, 2023
