8/18/23, 2237 HOURS, 35E/HWY 13 DWI
Officers observed and ultimately stopped a vehicle for speeding at 35E/W 7th. Officers observed signs of
impairment by the driver and conducted field sobriety tests. Driver was arrested for DWI and a warrant.
8/18/23, 1000 HOURS, 10XX VIEW LANE FOUND PROPERTY
Officer was dispatched to a found property call at the 1000 block of View Ln. The reporting party stated that he
found a car key in his driveway after their vehicle was tampered with. The key was that of a recent motor vehicle
theft in the area. Officer placed the key into evidence for safekeeping.
8/18/23, 1929 HOURS, 11XX SYLVANDALE CT DOG BITE
Officers responded to the 700 block of Woodridge Drive to take a report of a past action dog bite.
8/18/23, 2057 HOURS, 14XX WACHTLER AVE DWI
Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Wachtler Avenue for a suspicious vehicle. The reporting party
advised a vehicle had significant damage and blood around the vehicle. A male was later arrested for 2nd Degree
DWI and transported to the Dakota County Jail.
8/20/23, 0842 HOURS, 16XX LILYDALE RD FOUND PROPERTY
A woman turned in a pellet gun that she found in the woods near the 1600 block of Lilydale Road. It was placed
into temporary storage.
8/20/23, 1848 HOURS, 494/PILOT KNOB RD AOA//PURSUIT
Officer assisted Bloomington Police during a pursuit near 494 and Pilot Knob Rd where robbery suspects fled from
a vehicle on foot. Officer assisted taking a juvenile male into custody.
8/22/23, 0332 HOURS, 35E/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD TRAFFIC/PAPER SERVICE
Officer stopped a vehicle for a seat belt violation. Officer spoke with the adult male driver who had an unserved
order for protection against them. Officer served an order for protection short form to the driver.
8/22/23, 0707 HOURS, 15XX HWY 55 CRISIS
Officer was dispatched to a welfare check at the Mendota Bridge. The reporting party said that there was a male
on the bridge that appears to be in crisis. Officer arrived on scene and located male. Male advised that he was in
crisis. Male transported to the hospital.

8/23/23, 0859 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR POR REGISTRATION
Investigators conducted a standard predatory offender registration visit on the 1300 block of Northland Drive.
Upon arrival, Investigators learned that the offender had moved without notifying law enforcement. Law
enforcement attempted to contact the offender, but no phone numbers reached the offender. Forwarded to the
county attorney for charging.
8/23/23, 1220 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR HARRASSMENT
Officer took a report in the 1300 block of Northland Drive for an ongoing harassment complaint. Officer gathered
information and referred the reporting party to the Ramsey County Courts.
8/24/23, 0946 HOURS, 10XX DAKOTA DR CHECK FORGERY
Officers were sent to a business in the 1000 block of Dakota Dr. The incident was a forgery in progress. Officers
contacted and arrested the suspect in the drive thru. Suspect transported to Dakota County Jail.
