8/12/23, 2237 HOURS, HWY 62/35E WARRANT/RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
Officers conducted traffic stop on a vehicle at Hwy 62/35E. The registered owner of the plates on the vehicle had a
warrant. Officers arrested driver on warrant. After further investfgatfon, it was determined that the plates did not
match the vehicle and that the vehicle was stolen. Officers detained the passenger of the vehicle. The warrant for
the driver and the stolen vehicle were confirmed. The driver was transported to jail and the passenger was cleared
of suspicion and released.
8/12/23, 2325 HOURS, 891 MENDAKOTA CT DISTURBANCE
Officers received a complaint of juveniles kicking doors and ringing doorbells in the area of Mendota Court &
Mendakota Drive. Officers located the juveniles who stated they were playing ding dong ditch. The juveniles were
released to their parents.
8/13/23, 0741 HOURS, 1000 WAGON WHEEL CT DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer was dispatched to a tfpped over porta potty at the 1000 block of Wagon Wheel. Public Works flipped the
porta potty right side up.
8/15/23, 1023 HOURS, YANKEE DOODLE RD/PROMENADE AVE DAR
Officer was working an county-wide overtfme traffic detail. Officer ran a vehicle's plate in Eagan. The driver had a
Gross Misdemeanor warrant. The driver was briefly detained. Driver was released with a citatfon and advised to
take care of the warrant.
8/15/23, 1242 HOURS, 12XX SYLVANDALE RD THEFT BY SWINDLE
Officer responded to the 1200 block of Sylvandale Road on a report of a Theft by Swindle committed using a social
media platiorm. Officer advised how to report the scam to Facebook and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
8/17/23, 0920 HOURS, 12XX DODD RD HARASSING COMMUNICATION
Officer responded to the 1200 block of Dodd Road on a report of harassing communicatfons. The reportfng person
only wanted this informatfon documented and not investfgated. Informatfon provided on how to request a
Harassment Restraining Order.
