NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Mendota Heights will hold a special meeting on
Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at Mendota Heights City Hall to discuss legal rights and
remedies of the City related to the Agreement between City and Alcon Excavating for Work
Related to Ivy Falls East Neighborhood Improvements — Project No. 201906, dated June 2, 2021.
This meeting may be closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 3(b).

3(b) to hold a confidential, attorney -client privileged discussion of legal rights and
remedies, potential legal action, and strategy regarding the Alcon Agreement.
