These essential public servants assist residents with navigating the process of voting, provide an added level of trust and security, remain non-partisan and impartial, and act within the rule of law currently in place. Election judges receive extensive training in the absentee voting and polling place processes, as well as the use of electronic roster and registration devices, ballot counters, ADA accessible voting machines and more. They also participate in the testing of all equipment used for secure data transmission and accuracy. Working as an election judge is a tremendous service to the community! The City of Mendota Heights would like to thank the more than 90 residents who served as election judges and helped provide a fair and balanced 2022 Election.
