11 18 22 WEEKLY CRIME REPORT 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 Mendota Heights Police Department Weekly Crime Report November 11th—November 17th, 2022 11/12/22, 0657 HOURS, 12XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD DWI Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road for a welfare check of a female who was passed out in a vehicle at a gas pump. Officers located her sleeping in a running vehicle. She admitted to recent drug use and showed signs of impairment. She failed FST's with a PBT result of .000. Female was arrested for DWI with suspected drug impairment. A search warrant was obtained for blood which was completed by MHealth. She was transported to the Dakota County Jail where she was booked and released. Vehicle was towed. Two dogs that were in the vehicle were taken to the South St. Paul Animal Hospital. 11/14/22, 1026 HOURS, 15XX VICTORIA RD MISSING PERSON Officer was dispatched to a missing person report on 1500 block of Victoria Road. An adult male was reported missing by their parents. A missing person report was submitted. 11/14/22, 1034 HOURS, 1XXX OVERLOOK RD THEFT Officer was dispatched to a theft of mail call on the 1000 block of Overlook Rd. The reporting party stated that her mail was stolen while she was away from her residence. She advised that her credit card was used. Officer gathered information and wrote report. No suspects at this time. 11/14/22, 1120 HOURS, 7XX SOUTH PLAZA WAY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Officers investigated another crime in the area of the 700 block of South Plaza Way when a damage to property report was reported. The investigation is ongoing. 11/14/22, 1408 HOURS, 1XXX DOUGLAS RD THEFT Officer took a theft report from the 1000 block of Douglas Road. A person reported their catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle while parked in the driveway. No suspects and no video. Case inactive. 11/14/22, 1541 HOURS, 1XXX IVY HILL DR FRAUD Officer was dispatched to a report of fraudulent activity. Officer spoke to the victim and determined that a crime had been committed. There are no suspects at this time. Case status is inactive. 11/14/22, 2211 HOURS, 23XX KRESSIN AVE MENTAL HEALTH Officers received a report of an adult female who wanted to commit self harm. Officers spoke with the female who agreed to go to the hospital and she was transported by ambulance. 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 11/15/22, 0015 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR ASSAULT Officers were dispatched to a disturbance on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officers arrived and made contact with an adult female victim. Adult female victim said her family had been attacked by an adult female suspect. Adult female suspect was uncooperative with officers and attempted to walk away from officers. Adult female suspect was detained and restrained because she became physically assaultive towards officers. Adult female suspect was transported to the hospital. Charges pending. 11/15/22, 2314 HOURS, 35E/HWY 62 PURSUIT Officer observed a suspicious vehicle near Marie Park. The vehicle attempted to evade the officer by leaving the area. The officer followed the vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop at 35E southbound and Highway 62. The vehicle fled from officers and the pursuit was terminated when it entered another county. 11/16/22, 0817 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY SWINDLE Officer was called by a woman living near the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway in reference to her having been swindled by an unknown suspect. The suspect posed as the woman's boss and convinced her to give her gift cards. There is no available suspect information. The case is inactive. 11/16/22, 1628 HOURS, 12XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT Employee on the 1200 block of Northland Drive reported their catalytic converter was stolen while at work. There are no suspects at this time. 22-962
