July 22nd - July 28th, 2022
07/23/2022, 1510 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Officer was dispatched to a report of a domestic assault that had occurred. The caller stated that her daughter
struck her multiple times. Daughter was found to be in crisis and transported to the hospital and received a
citation for domestic assault.
07/23/2022, 2000 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DOMESTIC/CRISIS
Officer was dispatched to a report of a recall on a disturbance. Suspect had threatened to harm the other party
over a disagreement. Victim felt unsafe to go home. KOPS alert was issued. Case Status - Citation.
07/23/2022, 2004 HOURS, 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY SUSPICIOUS PERSONS
Officer was parked on the highway and observed a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot on the same block. Officer
stepped out with the vehicle and made contact with the two adult male occupants. The occupants stated they
were out scrapping but did not have permission to scrap on the property they were on. One of the two had a
warrant and was arrested. He was transported to jail. The two were advised they can not scrap on private property
without permission.
07/23/2022, 2200 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer dispatched to a theft from motor vehicle. The reporting party stated that softball equipment was stolen
from her vehicle overnight. Officer gathered information and wrote report.
07/25/2022, 0003 HOURS, HWY 62/DODD RD THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer was on routine patrol eastbound Highway 62 and Dodd Road. Traveling the same direction was a truck
without its taillights on. Officer stopped the vehicle and learned the adult male driver had a driving status of
Canceled-IPS. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.
07/25/2022, 0030 HOURS, 10XX WAGON WHEEL TRL MISSING PERSON
Officer was responded to a report of a missing person. Officers attempted to make contact with the adult male
missing person at the address but were unable to make contact. Adult male was entered into NCIC as a missing
person. Report made.

07/25/2022, 1040 HOURS, 23XX SWAN DR THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer was dispatched to take a harassment report. Reporting party had received a text message from a known
person and felt threatened by it. Advised to proceed with HRO. Sending report to City Attorneys Office for review.
7/26/2022, 0529 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE DAMAGE/FLEEING
Officer received report of individuals tampering with motor vehicles. Upon arrival, officers saw an older green
sedan leaving the area and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled from officers; officers initiated a pursuit. The
pursuit was shortly terminated for safety concerns. A KOPS Alert was sent out for the vehicle.
7/26/2022, 1030 HOURS, 11XX VICTORIA CRV HARASSMENT
An employee reported on-going harassment. Suspect was advised to have no contact with the complainant or the
establishment.
7/27/2022, 0937 HOURS, 7XX MAIN ST ACCIDENT
Two vehicle accident, including one that struck the building. Owners of all property involved have been notified.
Private tow by Mark's. State accident report completed.
7/28/2022, 1016 HOURS, 7XX 1ST AVE TRAFFIC STOP
Officer stopped vehicle displaying plates on the vehicle that did not match. Plates belong on R/O's other vehicle.
Citation issued, plates removed and destroyed.
7/28/2022, 1122 HOURS, 1XXX WAGON WHEEL TR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Employee parked their vehicle on the driveway overnight and discovered that both drivers side tires had been
slashed overnight. A second employees tires were slashed as well. There was a security camera but did not
capture the act or the suspects.
