May 13th - May 19th, 2022
5/13/2022, 1627 HOURS, 24XX ENTERPRISE DR THEFT
Officer responded to the 2400 block of Enterprise Drive for a theft of a catalytic converter. It was stolen
during business hours. There are no suspects at this time.
5/14/2022, 1141 HOURS, ACACIA BLVD TAMPERING
Officer was dispatched to a suspicious activity call at the Mendota Heights Dog Park. The reporting party
stated that his vehicle had been gone through while he was at the park. The reporting party stated
nothing appeared to be missing.
5/15/2022, 0021 HOURS, 2X SOMERSET RD DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Officers were dispatched to a domestic on the 20 block of Somerset Road. Officers made contact with an
adult female victim who was strangled and threatened at knife point by an adult male suspect. Officers
located the suspect with the assist of neighboring agencies. Adult male suspect was transported to
Dakota County Jail.
5/15/2022, 2025 HOURS, 7XX LINDEN ST DWI
Officers received a report of a male who was slumped over in a vehicle on the 700 block of Linden
Street. Upon arrival, officers observed an adult male slumped over and an alcoholic beverage next to
him. Officers had the male go through Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Officers believed the male was
impaired and he was arrested for DWI.
5/16/2022, 1022 HOURS, 19XX CROWN POINT DR THEFT
Officer responded to the 1900 block of Crown Point Drive on a report of a catalytic converter that had
been stolen within the past week. No suspects or evidence. Case is inactive.
5/16/2022, 1402 HOURS, 9XX CHIPPEWA AVE ASSAULT
Officer was dispatched to a past action assault call on the 900 block of Chippewa Ave. The reporting
party advised that he saw someone going through his vehicle and confronted the suspect. Suspect got
into another vehicle and the driver of the vehicle attempted to hit the reporting party with the vehicle. No
suspects at this time.

5/16/2022, 2136 HOURS, 13XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD FLEEING
Officer was on routine patrol traveling southbound on the 1300 block of Mendota Heights Road. Officer
attempted to stop a vehicle traveling the same direction with expired registration. The vehicle did not
stop and fled. Officer lost sight of the vehicle and driving conditions were unsafe. The identity of the
driver is unknown.
5/16/2022, 2341 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Officers were dispatched to a domestic assault report on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officers
made contact with an adult male suspect and adult female victim. After interviewing both parties, it was
determined that there was probable cause to believe a domestic assault occurred. The adult male
suspect was arrested and transported to Dakota County Jail.
5/17/2022, 1145 HOURS, 7XX S PLAZA WAY BURGLARY
Officer responded to a report of a burglary on the 700 block of South Plaza Way. Victim stated unknown
persons entered the secured underground parking garage and stole their Trek mountain bike. Case
under investigation.
5/17/2022, 1625 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DWI
Officer responded to a welfare check on the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy where two people were
slumped over in a vehicle. Officers determined the driver was under the influence. Driver was
transported to the hospital and will be formally charged for DWI.
5/19/2022, 0920 HOURS, 24XX PILOT KNOB RD THEFT
Officer was called to location on a theft of a catalytic converter report. Security footage was obtained.
Case under investigation.
