01 07 22 JTF 1 CANCELED IPS — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 01/01/22, 2336 HOURS Officer stopped out with a suspicious vehicle on the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Driver of the vehicle was canceled IPS and was placed under arrest. Driver was transported to Dakota County Jail. PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT — 23XX COPPERFIELD DR 01/02/22, 1637 HOURS Officer responded to a report of an accident on the 2300 block of Copperfield Drive. Officer requested medics to evaluate the driver of the car. There was minor property damage at a residence. Driver was released from the scene and a driver evaluation form will be completed. OFP — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY/GARDEN LN 01/02/22, 2330 HOURS Officer ran a license plate and received notification that there was an unserved Order For Protection against the registered owner. Officer conducted a traffic stop near Sibley Memorial Highway and Garden Lane. The driver of the vehicle was the registered owner. Officer served the order for protection short form notification. BURGLARY — 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN 01/03/22, 1016 HOURS Officer responded to the 1800 block of Orchard Heights Lane to take a burglary report of two construction sites. Both were entered, one with forced entry causing damage. Nothing yet reported as stolen. Information gathered. No suspects known. Case inactive. DUMPING COMPLAINT — 16XX LILYDALE RD 01/03/22, 1718 HOURS Officer responded to a report of a dumping/littering complaint on the 1600 block of Lilydale Road. Witness had photos and confirmed identity of a male suspect. Male was issued a citation. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 7XX NAVAJO LN 01/04/22, 1708 HOURS Officer met with a victim who stated a fly away puck from the ice rink struck his back windshield shattering the glass. The two parties exchanged information and decided to handle things civilly. 12.31.21—01.06.22 2 WARRANT — 8XX HWY 13 01/05/22, 0318 HOURS Officer was on routine patrol traveling southbound on the 800 block of Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle coming out from behind a closed business on the same block of Highway 13. Officer stopped the vehicle and identified the adult male driver. The officer learned the driver had multiple warrants and was placed under arrest. The male was transported to jail. WELFARE CHECK — 19XX KNOB RD 01/05/22, 1652 HOURS Officers responded to the 1900 block of Knob Road for a welfare check. After speaking with the out-of-town homeowner, officers made contact with a resident. The resident was transported to the hospital to be evaluated.
