THEFT — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 12/10/21, 0702 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a report of past action theft from motor vehicle on the 2300 block of Lexington Ave.
Unknown persons tampered with the victim’s vehicle and also stole items. No suspects.
DOMESTIC — 2XXX CANTON CT 12/11/21, 1106 HOURS
Officer called to take a report from the 2000 block of Canton Ct for an after the fact domestic assault. Reporting party
had been pushed by spouse. Suspect had left the home before report was taken. Information gathered and report to
be filed with the City Attorney’s office.
THEFT — 7XX EVERGREEN KN 12/12/21, 1111 HOURS
Officer took a theft report from the 700 block of Evergreen Knolls. Reporting party’s license plate was taken off of
their vehicle during the last 12 hours. No suspects known.
THEFT — 25XX NORTHLAND DR 12/13/21, 1243 HOURS
Officer met with the victims who stated their work trucks were vandalized and the catalytic convertors were stolen.
Video surveillance was not available. No suspects.
DAR — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 12/13/21, 1949 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on Sibley Memorial Highway in Lilydale. Officer observed a driver to have a Hennepin
County Warrant and revoked driver's license. Driver was arrested for the Hennepin County Warrant and Driving After
Revocation. Driver was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 11XX CENTRE POINTE CI 12/14/21, 0930 HOURS
Officer took a theft report from the 1100 block of Centre Point Circle. Reporting party had their license plate stolen
off of their vehicle sometime in the last two weeks. Party had already received new plates and was advised to
dispose of the old plate. No suspects known.
THEFT — 19XX CROWN POINT DR 12/14/21, 1017 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of found mail. Officer determined that mail theft had occurred. Officer spoke with
the victims and canvassed the area. No suspects.
WARRANT — CROWN POINT DR/CARMEN LN 12/14/21, 1120 HOURS
Officer was investigating mail thefts in the area. While on foot patrol, officer observed a suspicious male. Officer
learned that the male had multiple warrants. The male was transported to Dakota County Jail.
TRAFFIC STOP — 35E/HWY 13 12/14/21, 2239 HOURS
Officer stopped a vehicle on Interstate 35E at Hwy 13 for swerving over lane lines. The tabs on the vehicle belonged
to a different vehicle. The tabs were removed and the vehicle was impounded. This case will be forwarded to the city
attorney to review for gross misdemeanor tax evasion charges.
