12 10 21 JTF 1 AOA — 13XX 35 E 12/03/21, 1142 HOURS Assisted Eagan PD with a theft in progress call. Suspect vehicle was spotted N/B 35E at Hwy 13. Initiated a traffic stop on 7th St and 35E in St. Paul. Driver stopped, occupants ID'd, and arrested. THEFT — 16XX LILYDALE ROAD 12/03/21, 1100 HOURS Officer was dispatched a report of past action theft on the 1600 block of Lilydale Road. Officer confirmed that the reporting party’s vehicle was broken into and items were taken. Officer investigated possible transactions made by suspect. At this time their are no suspects; case is inactive. POSESSION OF DRUGS — 7XX PLAZA DRIVE 12/ 03/21, 1651 HOURS Staff at a senior living complex on S Plaza Dr discovered prescription narcotics were missing. Employee names pro- vided, investigation to be completed. Waiting on paperwork from staff. The drug missing was one (1) Oxycodone 5mg. ADULT PROTECTION — 25XX BEDFORD COURT 12/04/21, 0357 HOURS Officer responded to a medical on the 2500 block of Bedford Court. An adult patient was transported to the hospital for a fall. This case is being referred to adult protective services. Case cleared with report. MENTAL HEALTH — 20XX VICTORIA ROAD 12/04/21, 0812 HOURS Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Victoria Road to a Crisis/ Mental health. A resident was threatening staff members and screaming. Officers arrived and spoke with the party who was later transported to a hospital. ALCOHOL SALE TO MINOR — 7XX NORTH PLAZA DRIVE 12/04/21, 1616 HOURS While conducting code and compliance checks of business, an employee sold alcohol to a minor in the 700 block of North Plaza Drive. Forwarded to City Attorney for criminal charges and City Clerk for civil penalty against the busi- ness. ALCOHOL SALE TO MINOR — 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 12/04/21, 1639 HOURS While conducting code and compliance checks of businesses, an employee sold alcohol to a minor in the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Forwarded to City Attorney for criminal charges and City Clerk for civil penalty against the busi- ness. CIVIL/ASSIST — 26XX CONCORD WAY 12/04/21, 1736 HOURS Officers were dispatched a report of suspicious behavior on the 2600 block of Concord Way. Officers spoke with the reporting party and searched the area reported. Officers determined no suspicious activity was present. Officers spoke with reporting party again and determined they had memory impairment. Officers spoke with family members and escorted reporting party home. 12.03.21—12.09.21 2 DOMESTIC — 23XX KRESSIN AVE 12/05/21, 1756 HOURS Officers responded to the 2300 block of Kressin Avenue for an assault in progress. Officers made contact with the suspect walking away from the scene nearby. The victim was attended to by paramedics. The suspect was arrested for Domestic Assault and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. Charges are being forwarded to the Mendota Heights City Attorney. DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 20XX OAKDALE AVE 12/05/21, 2046 HOURS Officer responded to a request for mutual aid in neighboring agency. Officers attempted to detain the male and he fought with officers. No crime had occurred in the residence. Male was jailed on charges relating to resisting arrest. Case Status is adult/arrest. THEFT — 10XX DODD ROAD 12/05/21, 2251 HOURS Officers responded to Holiday Gas Station in West St. Paul for a mutual aid theft call. When officers arrived, the suspects were gone on arrival. Officers spoke with employees at Holiday. Case is being forwarded to West St. Paul Police Department. FOUND PROPERTY — 35E NB 12/06/21, 1100 HOURS Officer dispatched to a found property at 35E and Wagon Wheel Trl. The reporting party advised that he found a bag that contained miscellaneous items on 35E. Officer gathered information and checked the bag in an attempt to iden- tify the owner; Officer was unable to locate owner info. Officer placed bag and items into evidence for safekeeping. THEFT — 21XX LEXINGTON AVE 12/06/21, 1354 HOURS Officer was dispatched to a past action theft report from the 2100 block of Lexington Ave. Officer spoke with the vic- tim over the phone who stated they had an item stolen sometime November 20th- 27th. No suspect information is known at this time. THREATS/STALKING — 11XX CENTRE POINTE CURVE 12/06/21, 1828 HOURS Officer responded to a threats call in the 1100 block of Centre Pointe Curve. Officer concluded a disgruntled employ- ee was upset with a human resources employee. Case status is informational only. THEFT — 11XX IVY HILL DRIVE 12/07/21, 0912 HOURS Officer dispatched to the 1100 block of Ivy Hill Drive. Adult female party reported that an adult male suspect stole money from her; the reporting party knows the suspect. Officer attempted contact with the suspect but was not able to get a hold of him. Report made. 12.03.21—12.09.21 3 THEFT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 12/07/21, 1800 HOURS Officer took a report of a stolen license plate. Officer gathered information and spoke with the victim. Case is active pending review of security footage. THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 12/07/21, 1940 HOURS Officer was dispatched to a report of past action theft on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officer spoke with re- porting party and confirmed a catalytic converter had been taken from a vehicle. No suspects at this time; case status Inactive. POSESSION OF MARIJUANA — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 12/08/21, 0835 HOURS Responded to the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue on a report of a juvenile in possession of marijuana. Citation was issued and juvenile released to parent/guardian. 3RD DEGREE DWI — MARIE AVE 12/08/21, 1435 HOURS Responded to the intersection of Marie Avenue and Trail Road to investigate a vehicle on fire. Subsequent investiga- tion led to the arrest of the adult driver for damage to property and DWI. DISTURBING THE PEACE — 20XX PATRICIA STREET 12/08/21, 2003 HOURS Officer received a report of possible scrapping taking place on the 2000 block of Patricia Street. Officer spoke with the adult male who stated he was in the process of moving and was almost done. He was advised to keep the noise down since he was almost done. This report is for information only. DL—INSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATION — 35E 12/09/21, 2050 HOURS Officer was on a DWI enforcement traffic detail and observed a vehicle on I-35E and Hwy 62 exhibiting characteris- tics and traffic violations similar to impaired driving. Officer conducted a traffic stop for the violations and discovered the driver was a juvenile with only an Instruction permit, and was the solo occupant of the vehicle. Vehicle was im- pounded and driver cited for the permit violation. Juvenile was released to their parent. 12.03.21—12.09.21
