WARRANT ARREST — 7XX HWY 62 08/06/21, 0246 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a welfare check on a male who was picking up items that were not there. Officer
made contact with the male who stated that he was dropped off by a friend and was now lost. Officer
offered to give the male a ride but in running his name, learned he had seven active warrants. He was
transported to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/06/21, 1239 HOURS
Officer was called to the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway in reference to a catalytic converter being
cut off a car and stolen. No suspect information is available. The case is inactive.
THEFT — 24XX ENTERPRISE DR 08/06/21, 1835 HOURS
Officer received a report of theft of license plates. The theft occurred sometime between 8/2 and 8/6.
There are no suspects at this time.
THEFT — 2XXX MENDAKOTA DR 08/07/21, 1825 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a theft from a motor vehicle report at the 2000 block of Mendakota Dr. Doors of the
vehicle were locked, window was smashed and several items were taken. Under investigation.
THEFT — 16XX LILYDALE RD 08/08/21, 1510 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Lilydale Road on a vehicle break-in report. Officers spoke with the
victim and gathered information of stolen items. Under investigation.
TRAFFIC STOP — 494/DELAWARE AVE 08/08/21, 1910 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of westbound 494 / Delaware Ave in Mendota Heights.
Officer smelled the odor of marijuana, conducted a search of the vehicle and found a firearm. Neither party
had a permit to carry. Officer obtained info on driver and passenger and they were released from the
scene. Officer seized firearm. Charges pending for Carry/Possess Pistol w/o Permit.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 22XX APACHE ST 08/08/21, 2239 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Apache Street for a domestic assault. After speaking with all
involved parties, an adult female was placed under arrest for domestic assault. She was cited for 5th
degree domestic assault and booked into Dakota County Jail.
THREATS — 22XX ALICE LN 08/09/21, 0816 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location on a damage to property report. Officer spoke with the victim who
stated their car was vandalized overnight and believe they know who the suspect is. Details concluded that
the victim had threats made prior to the incident. Under investigation.

THEFT/DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 1XXX HWY 62 8/09/21, 1928 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a disturbance at the 1000 block of HWY 62. Officer gathered information of a
possible theft and damage to property. Officer was dispatched to a report of suspicious person nearby, and
confirmed the suspect was the same in both incidents. Suspect was ultimately detained and transported to
the hospital on a mental health hold and issued a citation for theft, damage to property and possession of
hypodermic needles.
FLEEING — HWY 35E 8/10/21, 0043 HOURS
Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle but then the vehicle fled. Officer did not pursue.
THEFT — 9XX DELAWARE AVE 8/11/21, 1140 HOURS
Resident on the 900 block of Delaware Ave had his vehicle entered sometime overnight. The vehicle had
been left unlocked. Victim had his wallet and contents taken. No suspects.
THEFT — 1XXX LONDON RD 8/12/21, 0916 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a theft report. Victim reported a deposit of a check from her employer had been
issued. Evidence was collected and a search warrant was completed. The search warrant was delivered to
the bank. Under investigation.
