DRUGS — 21XX LEXINGTON AVE 07/16/21, 0830 HOURS
Officers were called to an area near Lexington and Center Point Curve for a male party who was seen in his
vehicle possibly having a medical issue. Officers located the male party and found him to be possibly under
the influence of narcotics. The drugs and paraphernalia were confiscated and the suspect was released to a
family member.
MAIL THEFT — 7XX ROUND HILL RD 07/17/21, 0938 HOURS
A woman came to the Police Department to report theft of a check from her mailbox. The check had been
fraudulently altered and the suspect attempted to cash it. The bank caught the fraud and the suspect ran.
Information was collected and a report was completed. The case is active pending contact from the bank.
DISTURBING THE PEACE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 07/17/21, 1750 HOURS
Officers received a report of an adult male and female arguing on the 1300 block of Northland Drive.
Officers spoke with both parties who stated an argument stemmed at a different location. During the
argument, nothing physical occurred. Both parties stated they were okay and denied any further
assistance.
DISTURBING THE PEACE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 07/19/21, 0242 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Northland Drive on reports of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival
officers determined that there was only a verbal argument but one party had a warrant. That person was
arrested and transported to jail.
DAR — 35E/WAGON WHEEL TR 07/19/21, 1153 HOURS
Officer initiated a traffic stop for a speed violation on 35E and Wagon Wheel Trail resulting in the arrest of
the driver for driving after revocation. Driver was booked and released from Dakota County Jail and the
vehicle was impounded.
WELFARE CHECK — 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 07/19/21, 1605 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a welfare check on the 1400 block of Mendota Heights Rd. Contact wasn't able to
be made. Officers gathered information of the individual possibly in need of help. KOPS alert was sent.
ASSAULT — 6XX LINDEN ST 07/20/21, 0841 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Linden St for a mental health crisis. 911 caller reported one of
their residents was attempting to assault staff with sharp-edged objects. Officers arrived and spoke with all
parties involved. Officers determined no one was stabbed and no injuries were sustained. Dakota County
Crisis was called and determined the call was not mental health related. The suspect was ultimately cited
for Misdemeanor 5th Degree Assault and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 14XX NORTHLAND DR 07/20/21, 1033 HOURS
Officer responded to the 1400 block of Northland Drive on a report of three catalytic converters that were
stolen from vehicles. Security video of the incident is being reviewed for a possible suspect description.
Case is under investigation.
CSC — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 07/21/21, 1753 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a past action report of criminal sexual conduct at the 1300 block of Northland Drive.
Officer made contact with the reporting party via phone. Under investigation.
WARRANT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 07/22/21, 1342 HOURS
Officers were made aware of an individual living near the 1300 block of Northland Dr with several warrants
for his arrest. Contact was made with the individual, the warrants were confirmed and the male was
arrested.
