DWI — VALENCOUR CI 06/11/21, 0039 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling east on Acacia Boulevard and Valencour Circle. Officer observed a
vehicle parked on Valencour Circle on the wrong side of the road. When the officer approached the vehicle,
an adult female walked out of the woods and tossed garbage back into the woods. Officer instructed the
female to retrieve the garbage. Officer looked inside the car and observed an adult male asleep in the
driver’s seat, with the car running. Officer had the male step out of the vehicle. Once out of the vehicle,
officer believed the male was impaired based on his behavior. Officer had the male perform field sobriety
tests then placed the male under arrest for DWI. The male was transported to jail and the female was given
a ride to a bus stop.
MISSING PERSON — 2XXX FIELD STONE DR 06/11/21, 2030 HOURS
Officer received a report of a missing person on the 2300 block of Field Stone Drive. Officer spoke with the
missing adult male's parent and gathered information. The missing person was entered into NCIC. Two days
later the missing person was located safe in Minneapolis.
ATTEMPTED MURDER — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 06/12/21, 2216 HOURS
Officers responded to reports of an assault in progress with a weapon on the 1300 block of Northland Dr.
Upon arrival officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest. The victim and the suspect were
transported to the hospital. The suspect was eventually booked into jail and charged with attempted
murder.
AOA — 14XX ROBERT ST 06/13/21, 1307 HOURS
Officer was requested for mutual aid by the West St. Paul Police Department to assist with a theft in
progress on the 1400 block of Robert Street. Officer arrived with West St. Paul PD and attempted to speak
with the two alleged suspects. The suspects refused to stop walking away and then fled on foot. MHPD
officer took the male suspect into custody and transferred custody over to West St. Paul Police.
THEFT — 13XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 06/14/21, 1715 HOURS
Officer took a theft and damage to property call from the 1300 block of Mendota Heights Rd. A catalytic
converter was taken off of their car. No suspects known.
THEFT — 22XX ROGERS CT 06/15/21, 1427 HOURS
Received a report of a bicycle that was stolen from the 2200 block of Rogers Court. No suspects or
evidence. Case is inactive.
BURGLARY — 12XX 2ND ST 06/16/21, 1543 HOURS
Homeowner reported that an ex-boyfriend forced entry into her residence. Suspect was gone on arrival.
Homeowner did not want the suspect arrested. Officer completed a report; homeowner was strongly urged
to get a restraining order.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 12XX 2ND ST 06/17/21, 0411 HOURS
Officer dispatched to location for a damage to property report. Dispatch advised that someone had just
broken out a window to the adult female’s house. The victim knows who the suspect is. This is an ongoing
dispute between the victim and the suspect.
WARRANT — LILYDALE RD/HWY 13 06/17/21, 0953 HOURS
Officer stopped a male near the intersection of Lilydale Road and Hwy 13. He was found to have a warrant
for his arrest and was taken into custody.
BURGLARY — 21XX HWY 13 06/17/21, 1410 HOURS
Officer received a report of a bicycle that was stolen from the 2100 block of Hwy 13 that happened
sometime in the past two weeks. No suspects.
