HARASSMENT — 1XXX SOUTH LN 11/13/20, 1031 HOURS
Officer responded to a phone call report in reference to a report of harassment. Reporting party stated
they had a sexual encounter with another individual and they are now exploiting them for money. Suspect
has been identified. Investigation ongoing.
BURGLARY — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/13/20, 1113 HOURS
Officer received a report of a burglary. Adult female victim had an item taken from her car that was parked
in a garage. There are no suspects at this time. This incident is under investigation.
DWI — DODD RD/WESLEY LN 11/13/20, 2327 HOURS
Officer was originally dispatched to report of a 911 caller who reported their friend drove off, leaving both
the reporter and the child abandoned at the closed business. Officer arrived and spoke with the caller who
said he was driving his friend's car because the friend was drunk. The caller stopped at the business to bring
his child inside to use the bathroom. As they returned to the vehicle, they found the drunk friend behind
the wheel, driving away. Approximately 40 minutes later, an assisting officer located the suspect vehicle.
The driver was ultimately arrested and booked into the Dakota County Jail for DWI—Test Refusal. Vehicle
was impounded for forfeiture.
DISTURBANCE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/14/20, 1302 HOURS
Officers received a report of a possible assault on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. After speaking with
both parties it sounded like an altercation took place but parties did not want any charges pressed and
officer advised them to separate for the evening.
ILLEGAL DUMPING — 2XXX PILOT KNOB RD 11/14/20, 1356 HOURS
Complainant reported construction materials being dumped in the park at the end of Oheyawahi/Historic
Pilot Knob Road Park. Unknown suspect (s) dumped old cabinets and wood in a parking lot. Mendota
Heights Public Works notified for pick up and disposal.
DWI/WARRANT — 2XXX PILOT KNOB RD 11/15/20, 0252 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on the 2000 block of Pilot Knob Road. Officer observed signs of impairment
from the driver and conducted a field sobriety test. Driver was arrested for DWI- Controlled Substance. The
passenger was discovered to have a warrant and was also arrested. The vehicle was impounded. Both
occupants were transported to the Dakota County Jail. Charges pending blood test results.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/16/20, 1910 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a disturbance at the 1300 block of Northland Dr. The reporting party stated that a
male came into the business and did not have the correct ID so staff was unable to let him stay there. The
reporting party said that the male got upset and broke items as he exited the business. Under investigation.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE — 13XX 3RD ST 11/17/20, 0546 HOURS
Officer spoke with reporting party who stated that someone stole their vehicle while it was warming up.
Vehicle entered into NCIC. No suspects at this time.
ASSAULT— 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/19/20, 1229 HOURS
While patrolling near the 1300 block of Northland Drive, Officer was flagged down by a male party who had
been assaulted by his girlfriend inside her car. Information and photographs were collected. Case will be
forwarded for charging.
