BURGLARY — 2XXX DODD RD 05/22/20, 0642 HOURS
Responded to the 2000 block of Dodd Road on a report of a commercial burglary where entry was gained
to the business but nothing was taken. The case is pending the identification of a suspect.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 05/22/20, 1628 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to location on a report of a male and female physically fighting in the parking lot.
After further investigation, the female was arrested for domestic assault.
STREET RACING — 494/PILOT KNOB RD 05/22/20, 2313 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle racing other vehicles on EB I-494 near Pilot Knob Road in speeds excess of 100
MPH. Officer pulled over one of the racers and placed him under arrest. The vehicle was impounded to
Marks Towing. The driver was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail for Misdemeanor racing
and reckless driving.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/22/20, 2318 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 Block of Northland Drive on a report of a Domestic Disturbance.
Officers located the suspect and determined that a domestic assault had not taken place. Male suspect was
arrested on Disorderly Conduct charges and transported to Dakota Jail.
DWI — MARIE AVE/LEXINGTON AVE 05/23/20, 0309 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Marie Avenue on a report of a vehicle
crashed into an electrical pole. Officer arrived and observed the vehicle was unoccupied. Officer went to
the owners address and spoke with the driver who admitted to crashing and walking home. A field sobriety
test was performed and it was determined the driver was impaired. A blood draw was conducted and the
driver was released to family. Charges are pending blood test results.
OVERDOSE — 5XX FREMONT ST 05/25/20, 0015 HOURS
Officers dispatched to the 500 Block of Fremont Street on a report of an unconscious male who was having
difficulty breathing. Officers arrived and began CPR on the male who was no longer breathing. He was given
Narcan and medics transported him to the hospital.
ROBBERY — 5XX MEARS AVE 05/25/20, 1236 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a robbery report at the 500 block of Mears Avenue. Officer met with adult male victim
who was not willing to give the officer much information. Adult male victim said he was robbed at gunpoint
and clothing items were stolen. There is very little to no suspect information.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/25/20, 2017 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Northland Drive on a report of a disturbance. Upon investigation, it
was found that an adult female had been assaulted by an adult male. Officers were unable to locate the
male. KOPS alert entered on the male.

THEFT — 6XX 3RD AVE 05/26/20, 0943 HOURS
Responded to the 600 block of 3rd Avenue on a report of mail that was stolen on April 1st. No suspects or
evidence. Report for informational purposes only.
IDENTITY THEFT — 11XX ORCHARD CI 05/26/20, 1620 HOURS
Officer dispatched to the 1100 block of Orchard Circle on a report of identity theft. No loss at this time.
Investigation is being handled by the Minnesota Unemployment Office.
WEAPONS — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/28/20, 1459 HOURS
Officers responded to location on an assault-in-progress call. Officer located and stopped the suspect
vehicle. Five occupants were taken into custody and a firearm was recovered. The victim of the assault did
not want to press charges. One adult male was arrested for carrying a firearm without a permit to carry.
Suspect was transported to the Dakota County Jail where he is being held.
