MENTAL HEALTH — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/13/20, 0423 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Northland Drive on a report of a female in the hallway
requiring medical attention. Officers arrived and located the female and rendered first aid until HealthEast
ambulance arrived and transported the female to the hospital.
TRAFFIC STOP — HWY 62/HWY 13 03/13/20, 2231 HOURS
Officers conducted a random license plate check on a vehicle. Vehicle came back with 2018 tabs but was
displaying 2019 tabs. Officers stopped the vehicle and were able to determine that the tabs didn't belong
on the vehicle but were unable to determine if they were stolen or who stole them. Officers removed the
tabs and towed the vehicle.
BURGLARY — 23XX FIELD STONE DR 03/14/20, 0632 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft report at the 2300 block of Field Stone Dr. Items were stolen from inside a
vehicle in the adult male reporting party's garage. No signs of forced entry. Chaska police recovered the
stolen property in their city in an unoccupied stolen vehicle that was stolen out of Minneapolis.
Minneapolis police recovered a vehicle that was stolen out of Chaska with two suspects (an adult male and
a juvenile male) inside. Under investigation.
BURGLARY — 6XX CHEYENNE LN 03/14/20, 0918 HOURS
Officer dispatched to the 600 block of Cheyenne Lane for a burglary report. Officer met with adult male
reporting party. Reporting party said his vehicles were both gone through and the attached garage was
gone through. Reporting party is missing items. Under investigation.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — 14XX DODD RD 03/14/20, 1810 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft call at the 1400 block of Dodd Rd. The reporting party stated that mail had
been stolen from her mailbox. No suspects.
DWI — 35E/HWY 55E 03/15/20, 0232 HOURS
Officer conducted traffic stop at 35E/Hwy 55. Driver was put through SFSTs. He was arrested for DWI.
Refused to provide a chemical test.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY— 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/15/20, 1654 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a suspicious activity call at the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. The reporting
party stated that there was a male trying to purchase gasoline for people and have them pay him in cash.
The reporting party advised that the vehicle left towards St. Paul prior to officers arriving. Officers searched
the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it. Officer reviewed security footage and took photo of
the male. Tri County Alert sent out.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 19XX CROWN POINT DR 03/16/20, 1707 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a domestic call at the 1900 block of Crown Point Dr. The reporting party stated that
her husband pushed her. Officer arrived and spoke with both parties. Officer arrested the male for
domestic assault. Officers gathered more information and transported male to the Dakota County Jail.
FRAUD — 25XX CONCORD WAY 03/17/20, 1103 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a fraud report where an adult female victim had given her social security number
over the phone to someone posing to be an employee with “Windows.” Victim did not lose any money at
this point.
