DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 2XXX CONCORD WAY 04/26/19, 0755 HOURS
Officers were notified by Mendota Heights Public Works employees of property damage that had taken
place in one of the bathrooms at Kensington Park. On scene officers found a soap dispenser that had been
melted. There is no suspect information at this time. Case inactive.
FOUND PROPERTY—6XX Butler Ave 04/26/19, 1344 HOURS
A men's tungsten wedding band was found in a city park and brought to the PD. Notification was posted on
Facebook and no calls were received. Item logged in to property.
DOG BITE—VICTORIA RD/CELIA RD 04/27/19, 0800 HOURS
Victim reported a dog bite that had occurred over the weekend. Victim reported while on the path walking
her dog, another dog ran across the street toward her. When she picked up her dog, the other dog lunged
for it and attacked her several times. Case pending Dangerous Dog ordinance and statute.
DWI — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 04/27/19, 0931 HOURS
A civilian called in a driver who was driving on the wrong side of the road near the 13XX block of Northland
Drive. Officers found the suspect described. The suspect admitted to driving and was found to be under the
influence of alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 1XXX RIVERSIDE LN 04/27/19, 1016 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location to investigate a report of damage to a vehicle. Investigation revealed
there was no damage to the vehicle but rather a theft from motor vehicle. Case pending video surveillance.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 1XXX RIVERSIDE LN 04/27/19, 1046 HOURS
Resident reported a vehicle was entered during the overnight hours and personal belongings were
removed. Case pending video surveillance.
THEFT—7XX LINDEN ST 04/27/19, 1000 HOURS
Victim had items stolen within her residence in the 7XX block of Linden Street. Possible suspect identified.
Investigation on-going.

FRAUD — 2XXX CENTRE POINT BLVD 04/29/19, 0946 HOURS
Officers responded to a business on the report of credit card fraud. The reporting party provided
documentation of an employee making fraudulent charges on a company credit card. Case under
investigation.
ASSAULT — 7XX LINDEN ST 04/29/19, 1732 HOURS
Officers responded to the 7XX block of Linden St on reports of an open 911 call. Upon arrival officers
determined that the suspect interfered with a 911 call and assaulted the victim. Minor injuries were
sustained by the victim and the suspect was arrested and transported to jail.
HRO VIOLATION—2XXX AZTEC LN 04/30/19, 1011 HOURS
Officers where dispatched to a report of a party violating a Harassment Restraining Order. Officers located the party
and determined there was a violation of the court order. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Dakota
County Jail with a citation for the targeted misdemeanor.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE—6XX HIDDEN CREEK TR 05/02/19, 1324 HOURS
Officers received a notice from the 6XX block of Hidden Creek Trail referencing a backpack containing a
computer that had been stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
