2008-04-25 Friday NewsAWARD-WINNING VILLAGE City staff frequently receive positive feedback regarding the Village at Mendota Heights. It turns out that it’s not just our residents who love the Village. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Best in Real Estate Awards include The Village at Mendota Heights as the best Mixed-Use Development. One of the Best in Real Estate Judges is quoted in the April 18 Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal as saying: “I think the feel of it when you’re in there is great. It provides a quaint village feel that everybody’s looking for, but so few plans can achieve.” F R I D A Y N E W S April 25, 2008 MENDOTA PLAZA Paster Enterprises presented their planning application for redevelopment of the Mendota Plaza at the Planning Commission Tuesday evening.
