INFILL LETTER
Letters went out on Wednesday of last week to all residents within 350 feet of a potential lot
subdivision. Guy has responded to 55 phone calls, 37 emails and 7 walk-ins. He estimated that
50% of the people he has spoken with are in favor of larger lot sizes, 20% want the ordinance to
remain as-is, and the remainder just wanted additional information. In addition, Jim has received
44 emails of which 30 are from residents that would like to see lot sizes increased. A map
showing the lots that could be subdivided can be seen on the City’s website.
CITY HALL PARKING LOT
The upper City Hall parking lot is under construction. Royal Redeemer Church has been kind
enough to let us park in their lot during construction. The work should be completed by the end
of next week.
XCEL ENERGY DRILLING
Xcel Energy is directionally drilling a 26” pipe for a distance of 1500 feet under Mendota
Heights Road to the southwest to Northland Drive. See Photo below.
