Council Members Duggan, Vitelli and Schneeman were present at the event. We at City Hall have been fielding calls for years from homeowners who tell us that they want to sell their homes and downsize into a condominium, and they want to do it in Mendota Heights. Now, they will have a place to go. We think that there is a large pent-up demand out there for this type of housing and that this condominium project will be very successful.
