Discussion of a potential real estate purchase of
property.Minnesota Statutes §13D.05 Subd. 3 provides A meeting may be closed to
discuss certain issues relating to government property sales or purchases.
A public body may close a meeting to:
•determine the asking price for real or personal property to be sold by the government
entity;
•review confidential or nonpublic appraisal data; and
•develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or personal
property.
