Motion seconded by Councilman Wahl. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 BID AWARD Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 BID OPENING Mayor Huber moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 472 entitled "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY AND STORM SEWER, WATER MAINS, STREET, CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVE- MENTS TO SERVE CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO THE NORTH OF FRIENDLY HILLS REARRANGEMENT ". Motion seconded by Councilman Wahl. Acting Mayor Lockwood instructed Mr. Lawrence Shaughnessy, Jr. the Village Financial Advisor and Clerk - Treasurer Radabaugh to open the sealed bids for the purchase of $300,000 Trunk Sewer Improve- ment Bonds and $480,000 Park Bonds. Bids opened and recorded were as follows: Name of Bidder Trunk Sewer Improvement Bonds: American National Bank & Trust Co. Motion seconded by Councilman Lockwood. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 GENERAL Councilman Blair moved a Cement & Masonry License LICENSE be granted to Accurate Foundations. Motion seconded by Councilman Wahl. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 LIST OF CLAIMS Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 ADJOURN Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Mayor Huber moved the Council adopt the following motion: RESOLVED that the claims submitted to the Village Council for payment, a summary of which is set forth on the list attached hereto and identified as List of Claims submitted for payment, April 4, 1972, having been audited by the Village Council, be and are hereby allowed and the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mendota Heights are hereby authorized and directed to issue Village checks in payment of said claims. Motion seconded by Councilman Wahl. There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Blair moved the meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Councilman Gutzmer.
