Minutes of the Election Canvassing Board
Meeting Held Wednesday, November 7, 1973
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, sat as the Election Canvassing Board, the
meeting was held 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall, 750 South Plaza
Drive, Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Mayor Huber called the meeting to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The
following members were present: Mayor Huber, Councilmen Lockwood, Losleben
and Wahl. Councilman Gutzmer was absent.
Mayor Huber moved that the Canvassing Board approve the results of the
counting and canvass of votes by ballot at the General Election of the
Village of Mendota Heights held November 6, 1973. The minutes of the
Village Election submitted by the Clerk of Election showed the following
results:

Donald L. Huber was declared elected Mayor, term of two years.
January 1, 1974 through December 31, 1976.
Walter J. Gutzmer and Robert G. Lockwood were elected Councilmen,
term of three years. January 1, 1974 through December 31, 1977.
Motion seconded by Councilman Wahl.
Ayes: 4 Nays: 0
There being no further business to come before the Canvassing Board,
Councilman Lockwood moved that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Mayor Huber.
Time of Adjournment: 8:00 o'clock P.M.
