latest-grading plan; 2) completion of the several unfilled
blanks on the hardshells; 3) Lot 16 access is via a 15 foot
easement from the street through two of the lots -- a variance
from the required 100 foot frontage requirement should be
considered; 4).Mr. Riley has prepared and submitted a proposed
Developer's Agreement for the plat, however this was not adequat(
and a Developer's Agreement has since been prepared by the
staff. Administrator Johnson explained the several changes
in the agreement, including among other things a park contribu-
tion of $16,000 and the requirement for submission of a cash
escrow.
Mr. Riley objected to both the proposed park contribution
and the cash escrow, stating that he would agree to a park
contribution of $400f which was the requirement for the
south half of the plat, and that he would agree to a bond rather
than a cash escrow.
