FEASIBILITY STUDY DISCUSSION -- FRIENDLY HILLS REPLAT Mayor Lockwood noted that the meeting had been continued for the purpose of discussing the feasibility report on public improvements to serve the Friendly Hills Replat and other parts of the southeast part of the City. It would appear that the oversizing would and should be assessed at approximately $45.00 per acre over the anticipated future service area.
