Building Inspector, R* Bjortlund was instructed to check on a complaint of Horaee Brown in regard to improper drainage on Chippewa AVenue. Road Overseer, Wilfred Franzmaier, was appointed to attend the Annual Weed Inspeetor meeting at Farmington which will be held February 26,1957. On motion of Trustee Krammer, seconded by Trustee Sweney, resolved that Paul kressin request to construct houses on lots with front widths of lesS than 100 feet, be rei'sar® to the planning Commission. Ayes:-4; l'ayst-0* On motion of Trustee Sweney, seconded by Trustee Kramer, reaolved that the bill from Morrell and Nichols in the amount of $638.39, for bringing the Village Map up to date, be paid. Ayes;-4; Nayer'4. On motion of Trustee Kramer, seconded by Trustee Sweney4 resolved that the Highway Condemnation Board be granted the Use of the viliqo Hall free of charge on. February 25,26,27 &26. Ayes,-4; On motion of Trustee Kramer, seconded by Trustee Sweney, resolved that Clerk Stary notify Friendly Hills Inc. that the cul-de-sac at the end of Aztec Lane be made 80 feet in diameter as indicated on the plat. Ayes:-4 ; Nays-0. Village Attorney, Jim Oppenheimer, was instructed to °heck k)ri the legality of of erecting a Village Hall sign on Highway 49. On motion of Clerk Stary, seconded by Trustee Sweney, resolved that Acting Mayor Horning be authorized to purchase a frame to enclose the Village map. Ayes:-4a On motion of Noting hayor Horning, seconded by Trustee Sweney, resolved that Village Attorney Jim Oppenheimer be instructed to make an effort to secure the passage of a bill by the legislature which will permit the taking of a special federml census.
