The regular monthly meeting of the 1Tendota Heights Village Council was held
at the Village Hall August 2)4956 at 8i00 p.m..
The roll being called the following members were present: Trustees Sweney, Horn!ng
'Crammer, and Clerk Stern, Absent, Mayor Ednan. Trustee Horning presided over the meeting
On motion of Trustee SweneY, seConded by Clerk Stahro resolved that the reading
of the minutes of the previous meeting be dispensed with, Ayes;w4;
Two bide for the curbing of the West side of Delaware Avenue from Dodd Road to
Emerson Avenue were received. They were as follows;

On motion of Trustee Krammer,seconded by TrusteR Iveney„ resolved that the grading
plan of Delaware Avenue from Dodd cad to Emerson Avenue as prepared by Theltounty
Engineer, H.rei. Palmer, dated August 20 ,1956, be accepteg. Ayes:..4; Nays:-00
On motion of Trustee Kramer, seconded by Trustee we4O1'ERRt the lowest biddsr,
Nick Woog and Sons be awarded the Delaware Avenue curbing contract for Mendota Heights
os the terms and conditions specified in the bid. Ayest.4; Nays:-0.0
On motion of Trustee Sweney, seoonded by Clerk Sty, resolved that the plat
now on file in the Dakota County Registrar of Deeds office, known as "Eureka Outlot& !
be vacated..Ayest-4; Nayss-0$
An application to erect a garage three feet from the property lbw was revolved
by Mr..Stelter, and referred to the Planning Commission for study and recommendation.
A request from the Wolstad-Johnson Construction Company to rearrange lots in
the Gardenville Rearrangement Addition was received by the Council and referred to the
Planning Commission for study and recommendation.
On motion of Trustee Weney, seconded by Trustee Horning, resolved that action
on the Crestline View Plat be layed over until after August 27, 1956. Ayes:-2; Nays:-2.
On motion of Trustee Krammer, seconded by Clerk Story, resolved that the Crest-
line View Plat be hooepted as recommended by the Planning Commission. Ayes -2, Nays:-20.
A letter from P.L. Woodward, Director of Environmental Sanitation, in regard
to sewagis disposal systems was received by the Council and placed on file.
On motion of Trustee aweney, seconded by Clerk Stary, resolved that the meeting
be adjourned until August 27, 1956 wen it will reconvene. Ayes:-4; Nays:-0.
