Res 2007- 62 Approving Wetlands Permit for Mendakota ClubCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 07-62 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR MENDAKOTA COUNTRY CLUB WHEREAS, Mr. Bob McKinney applied for a Wetlands Permit to enlarge the size of an exiting pond at Mendakota Country Club, 2075 Mendakota Drive (PIN: 27- 02600 - 010 -75, as proposed in Planning Case #07 -21; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on June 26, 2007; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6 -0 (with one Commissioner excused from the meeting) to recommend that the Council approve the Wetlands Permit on the evening of June 26, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the Wetlands Permit at 2075 Mendakota Drive is hereby approved with the following conditins: 1. Applicant provides a delineation of the wetland area. 2. Applicant complies with all other Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act regulations. 3. Applicant provides a landscaping plan to be approved by the Public Works Director documenting the planting of the area and provision of a buffer adjacent to the wetland edge.
