Res 2007- 75 Approving Critical Area Permit @ 1232 Culligan LaneCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 07 -75 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT AT 1232 CULLIGAN LANE WHEREAS, Jon Richardson on behalf of John and Linda Roszak has applied for a Critical Area Permit at 1235 Culligan Lane [PIN: 27- 81250- 080 -01, Lot 8 Block 1 Valley View Oak Addition] as proposed in Planning Case #07 -26; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on July 24, 2007; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Council approve the Critical Area Permit as presented to the Planning Commission on the evening of July 24, 2007 and as shown in Planning Case #07 -26. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Critical Area Permit at 1235 Culligan Lane as proposed in Planning Case #07 -26 is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. The development activities shall be conducted and staged to minimize soil erosion, and 2. The footprints of the stair structures shall not change. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in support of the above approval, the Council hereby makes the following Findings of Fact: 1. The proposed reconstruction of the four stair structures will not jeopardize the aesthetic integrity and natural environment of the Mississippi River corridor area Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights This 7t' day of August, 2007.
