Ord 15 Defining Disorderly ConductVILLAGE OP MERMOTA HERIMS Dakota County,Minnesota ORDINAN04 MBER AN ORDINANCE defining and prohibiting g-disorderly conduct and providing a penalty for violation thereof, SECTION -I DISORDSRLY CONDUCT The doing of any of the following acts without, authority of law by any person or persons is hereby declared to be disorderly ,conduct; (A) I-4111fully disturbing any assembly or meeting not lawful in itscharacter Or the peace and quiet of a *family or neighborhood; an ? (B) Willfully and lewdly exposing his .person or the private parts thereof,, or procuring another to so expose himself, or any open and gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, or any act of public Indecency; (G,) Using profane, vulgar, or .indecent language in or about any public building, store or place of busi- nesao or upon any of the streets ,,,alleys or side- walks of the Village so as to be audible and otfen- sive; Voluntarily entering the water of any river, lake., public 5%Timling pa.:,,ol within the limits of Ue Village between the hours: of -.9:00 P. K. and 7.*00 ."A.
