A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT
TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR ILLUMINATED SIGNAGE FOR SECOND STORY TENANTS
AT THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mr. Ross Fefercorn has applied for a Minor Amendment to the Planned
Unit Development for the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02-11) for
Illuminated Signage for Second Story Tenants as proposed in materials submitted to the Council
for their regular meeting on March 6, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for the
Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02-11) is hereby approved as proposed in
materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on March 6, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed amendment is consistent with the
intent and direction of the City's PUD Ordinance and Land Use Plan, and that the amendment
will be beneficial to the community at large.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit
Development for the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02-11) as proposed in
materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on March 6, 2006 would not have an

the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning
