Res 2006- 16 Accepting Feasibilty Report on Ind Park RehabCity of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 06 -16 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON INDUSTRIAL PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT (PROJECT 9200602) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 05 -114, the City Council, on November 15, 2005, ordered a feasibility report to be prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Mendota Heights Road from 135 to TH 13, Enterprise Drive, Northland Drive from TH 55 to Mendota Heights Road and Medallion Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted a report to the City Council with respect to the Mendota Heights Road from I35 to TH 13, Enterprise Drive, Northland Drive from TH 55 to Mendota Heights Road and Medallion Drive improvements which include milling, bituminous overlay, trail and appurtenant work; and WHEREAS, in said report the City Engineer reported that the proposed improvements and construction thereof are desirable and necessary, technically and economically feasible, cost effective, and further reported on the estimated cost of the proposed improvements; and NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows: 1. The City Council hereby accepts the Feasibility Report as submitted for an estimated total cost -` -- of-the-improvements-of-$788,45-0. 2. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of property as described in the report for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. 3. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 4`h day of April, 2006 at City Hall, 1101 Victoria Curve, City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. Statutory notice and publication requirements shall be followed.
