RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 22
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND REVOKING MUNICIl'AL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the street
hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of
Minnesota Law:
MSAS 115 Market Street (TH 110 N. Frontage Rd.) — TH 149 to Delaware Ave. (CSAH 63), 0.92
existing miles.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS TO THE City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the
road hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws
should be revoked:
MSAS 109 S. Plaza Drive/Ring Road — S. Jct. of TH 149 to N. Jct. of TH 149 — 0.64 non existing
miles.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights, Minnesota, that

MSAS 115, Market Street, as described above, be and hereby is established, located,
and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of Mendota Heights, subject to the
approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, and
MSAS 109, S. Plaza Drive/Ring Road as described above, be and hereby is revoked as
a Municipal State Aid Street of Mendota Heights subject to the approval of the
issioner
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for her
consideration, and that upon her approval of the designation of said road (MSAS 115 Market Street),
that same be improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Mendota Heights.
