RESOLUTION 06 -92
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT
TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR SIGNAGE FOR ANYTIME FITNESS
AT THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mr. Ross Fefercorn has applied for a Minor Amendment to the Planned
Unit Development for the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02 -11) on behalf
of Anytime Fitness proposed in materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on
October 3, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for the
Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02 -11) is hereby approved as proposed in
materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on October 3, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that the Code Enforcement Officers are hereby
authorized to issue any necessary sign permit(s) pertaining to this approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed amendment is consistent with the

will be beneficial to the community at large.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit
Development for the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02 -11) as proposed in
materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on October 3, 2006 would not have
an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and
the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning
Ordinance.
