RESOLUTION 06 -93
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE PUD FOR OPUS
CORPORATION'S SUMMIT OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM UNIT
WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Ramme, on behalf of OPUS Northwest, L.L.C. has applied for a Minor
Amendment to their Summit of Mendota Heights PUD, Planning Case 05-08; and
WHEREAS, the requested minor changes is that the density for the project will change from
110 units/26 acre – 4.4 units/acre to 113 unites/25 acres = 4.52 units/acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights that a Minor Amendment to the Summit of Mendota Heights PUD be approved
according to the attached plan and the following conditions:
1. The Park Dedication shall be increased by $2,700 x 3 units - $8,100.
2. All other terms and conditions of the September 20, 2005 approval remain unchanged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Minor Amendment to the Summit of
Mendota He_ iqhts PUD under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health,
safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would nc
be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
