RESOLUTION 06-107
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR THE A-B-C BUILDING OF THE TOWN CENTER
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mr. Ross Fefercorn has applied for a Final Development Plan for a
Planned Unit Development for the A-B-C Building of the Town Center redevelopment
project as proposed in Planning Case #02-11 and the drawings for these buildings from
ESG Architects dated October 20, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Final Development Plan for a Planned Unit Development
for the A-B-C Building of the Town Center redevelopment project as proposed in
Planning Case #02-11 is hereby approved on the following conditions:
1. Submittal of exterior building lighting plans.
2. That the parking deck be designed to support Fire Department's Aerial Track (50,000
lbs.) and the north parking lot entrance width be increased to 24'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that provided the above conditions are met, the
Code Enforcement Officers are hereby authorized to issue any necessary building
permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed project under the above
conditions is consistent with the intent and direction of the City's PUD Ordinance and
Land Use Plan, and that the project will be beneficial to the community at large.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Final Development Plan for a Planned
Unit Development for the A-B-C Building of the Town Center redevelopment project as
proposed in Planning Case #02-11 under the above conditions would not have an adverse
impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the
surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the
Zoning Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights on this 7th day of
November, 2006.
