RESOLUTION 06 -119
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1' VARIANCE TO THE SETBACK FROM THE
PRIMARY STRUCTURE FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING AT 1407 VICKI LANE
WHEREAS, Ned Rukavina has applied for a l' Variance to the Setback from the
Primary Structure for an Accessory Building at 1704 Vicki Lane [PIN: 27- 76400 - 250 -01 Plat: lot
24 block 1 lying E 25 1, Tilsen Highland Heights] as proposed in Planning Case #06 -37; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their
regular meeting on November 28, 2006; and
WHEREAS, The City Council made the findings that the site provided challenges as to
the placement of an accessory building, to include existing trees, topography and windows on the
primary structure as shown in Planning Case #06 -37,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a l' Variance to the Setback from the Primary Structure for an
Accessory Building at 1704 Vicki Lane as proposed in Planning Case #06 -37 is hereby approved.
