RESOLUTION 08-16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 1695 DODD
ROAD
WHEREAS, Jake Sedlacek, on behalf of the City of Mendota Heights has
applied for a Conditional Use Pen-nit at 1695 Dodd Road for an addition to the principle
structure [PIN: 27-03800-010-42; Lot 42 of Auditor's Subdivision] as proposed in
Planning Case #08-06; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on February 26, 2008; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Council
approve the Conditional Use Permit as presented to the Planning Commission on the
evening of February 26, 2008 and as shown in Planning Case #08-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit at 1695 Dodd Road as proposed
in Planning Case #08-06 is hereby approved with the following Finding of Fact:
1. The proposed structure is consistent with the performance requirements and the
intent of the R-1 district.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights This 4th day of March,
2008.
