Res 2008-49 Approving Critical Area Permit @ 1831 Hunter LnCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 08 -49 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT AT 1831 HUNTER LANE WHEREAS, John Apitz and Mary Magnuson have applied for a Critical Area Perinit- Modified Site Plan review for modifications to the existing home at 1831 Hunter Lane [Lot 1 Block 1 Phillips Hill Addition] as proposed in Plaiming Case #08 -20; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on July 22, 2008; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Council approve the Critical Area Permit as presented to the Planning Commission on the evening of July 22, 2008 and as shown in Planning Case #08 -20. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Critical Area Permit at 1831 Hunter Lane as proposed in Planning Case #08 -20 is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. The development activities shall be conducted and staged to minimize soil erosion. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in support of the above approval, the Council hereby makes the following Findings of Fact: 1. The proposed addition and bituminous driveway work will not jeopardize the aesthetic integrity and natural enviromnent of the Mississippi River corridor area.
