AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND PROHIBITING
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
The Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights ordains
as follows:
Section 1. Whoever intentionally causes damage to physical
property of another without the latter's consent shall be
deemed to have committed criminal damage to property. For
the purposes of this ordinance property of another shall be
deemed to include both private and public or municipal prop-
erty.
Section 2. Whoever shall commit an act of criminal damage to
property as hereinabove defined in this ordinance, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall
be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.00, or by impris-
onment for not to exceed 90 days.
Enacted and ordained this lst day of December, 1964.
