Ord 182 Rezoning R-1 and R-3 to I0 CITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MENDOTA HEIGHTS ZONING,.ORDINANCE* The City Council of the City.of Mendota Heights, Minnesota,, ordains as follows: Section 1. ordinance No. 401 known and referred to as the "Mendota Heights Zoning ordinance" is,hereby'amended in the following respects: A. The following described property situated in the City of Mendota Heights in Dakota County, Minnesota, is hereby rezoned from a "R-111 One Family Residential and a 11R-311 Multiple Family Residential District, as the case may be, to a "I" Industrial District, to-wit: Land lying east of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad right-of-way and north of the State Trunk Highway No. 13 (future) pursuant to State Project No. 1901, labeled as Layout No. 30, dated May 1, 1980, and west of State Trunk Highway No. 55, pursuant to the aforementioned State Project Number 1901, and south of the north lines of Sections 33 and 34, all located in Sections 33 and 34, Township 28N, Range 23W, Dakota County, Minnesota. More particularly, all the land acquired and cleared of residential development by the Metropolitan Airports Commission for airport safety purposes, together with some 2.4 acres of Acacia Park Cemetery land platted as Acacia Park South Addition. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Mendota Heights referred to and described in said ordinance No. 401 as that certain map entitled "Zoning Map of Mendota Heights, Minnesota" shall not be published to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the said Zoning Map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove pro- vided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this'Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this lst day of.September, 1981.
