Ord 218 Amending Ord Re: Motor Vehicles and ParkingCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 218 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLE AND PARKING ORDINANCES The City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, ordains as follows: Section 1. That the following ordinances are hereby repealed: Ordinance No. 1101, "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Highways Within the City of Mendota Heights, Incorporating Provisions of the State Highway Traffic Regulations Act By Reference, And Imposing Penalties for the Violation Thereof;" Ordinance No. 1103, "An Ordinance Providing for the Locking of Motor Vehicles;" Ordinance No. 1104, "An Ordinance Regulating Parking Within the City of Mendota Heights and Prescribing Penalties for Violations Thereof;" Ordinance No. 1106, "An Ordinance Regulating the Parking and Storing of Junk Cars Within the Village of Mendota Heights and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof;" Ordinance No. 1107, "An Ordinance Providing for the Registration of Snowmobiles and Regulating the Use Thereof;" Ordinance.No. 1108, "An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of Certain Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles on Public and Private Property in the Village;" Ordinance No. 1109, "An Ordinance Prohibiting the Parking of Vehicles on Public Streets During and Following Snowfall; Prohibiting the Construction or Maintenance of Structures or Objects on Public Streets, and Imposing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance;" Ordinance No. 1110, "An Ordinance Regulating the Parking of Motor Vehicles on Private Property, on Privately or Publicly Owned Parking Lots and on Parkways, in Parks, And Upon Other Public Grounds, and Providing a Penalty For Violation Thereof;" Ordinance No. 203, "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1109." Section 2.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law.
