R11 i I NO All ORDINANCE NUMBER 319 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 401 The City Council of the City of Mendota Heights does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1 Municipal Ordinance No. 401, commonly known as the City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended in part to read as follows: 4.18(4) One private single -level garage with a minimum floor area of four hundred forty (440) square feet and a maximum area of one thousand two hundred (1200) square feet shall be required to be built concurrent with the principal structure. 7.2(11) Attached private single-level garages with a minimum floor area of one thousand two hundred (1200) square feet and a maximum floor area of one thousand five hundred (1500) square feet under the following conditions: 7.2(l Da No more than a double wide and a single wide garage door, or three single -wide garage doors shall be permitted. 7.2(l Db No izarage doors over nine feet in height shall be permitted. 7.2(l 1 c No use of the garage shall be permitted other than private residential non- commercial use. SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 7th day of July, 1998.
