RESOLUTION NO. 09-04
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2009 CITY DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the
following institutions be designated as depositories for City funds and securities for
2009:
American Bank
Wells Fargo Bank
Cherokee State Bank
Gateway Bank
U.S. Bancorp (FBS)
Piper Jaffray & Co.
TCF National Bank
Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund
Wachovia Securities, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that investments of City funds be in any securities
authorized by Minnesota Statutes Chapters 118.117, 475.66 and 471.56.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 6th day of January,
2009.
