SUBJECT: Cancellation of November 8th Park and Rec Monthly Meeting
I have been advised by Tom Bayless that the regular monthly meeting
which would normally have been conducted on Tuesday, November 8th, has been
cancelled.
Enclosed please find the Minutes from the October llth meeting, a letter
from Tom and information from Larry Shaughnessy regarding the Special Park
Fund Balance.
Also for your information, we have a new City Administrator, Kevin Frazell,
on board, as of Monday, October 31st. His temporary (until early March, 1984)
office is the room that you conducted your monthly meeting in. Consequently, you
should now meet either in the Engineering Conference Room, Suite 214, just down
the hall, or else perhaps downstairs in the City Council room. Please advise
me as to your choice prior to your next meeting.
